I will offer the same (updated) course materials that were shared with me in all my previous trainings, with additional resources I have compiled over the years. To me, this information is priceless. It changed everything. It's not just a communication style. It's a lifestyle approach and a worldview.

We create a yoga practice that is specifically designed to meet your needs. I can help you clarify your goals and you will learn techniques to increase mobility, build strength, promote balance, sleep better, have more energy, cleanse your digestive system, regulate your blood pressure, or help relieve anxiety, etc. Whatever YOU need in order to live a more wonderful and healthy lifestyle.
Enjoy a guided relaxation and sound bath meditation to reset your nervous system and leave you feeling blissfully restored. You'll be guided through a simple body scan to release tension from the body. Then you get to relax and enjoy, taking a journey through the healing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, HAPI drum, rattles, bells, tingshas, chimes and occasional song. This can be a private experience or enjoyed with a partner or friend. Group sessions also available.

We practice breathing, mindful movement, balance, flexibility, and strengthening exercises. To help each person customize their practice, modifications and variations are offered for safety and alignment. You are invited and encouraged to listen to your body and honor your self in each pose and transition. You will learn how to prevent injury and cultivate deep body awareness.
We gather around each full moon to connect, honor the cycles, open our hearts and witness each other.
We offer support & empathy to our sisters as we listen & share.
We eat cacao, laugh, cry & accept ourselves in raw authentic form.
We close with a guided relaxation sound bath.

We'll start with a quick intro and silly yoga game to break the ice.
Then we'll wiggle and giggle, make animal noises and shapes with our bodies.
Next, we may practice a few fun balancing poses for the older kiddos.
After that, we'll sit down and try some calming breaths, some fun breathing with humming and sounds, etc.
Then, we'll gather around and create a mindful musical jam with singing bowls, rattles, and chimes.
