Enjoy ten minutes of mindful movement. You'll learn easy exercise to release tension from neck and shoulders, opening elbows and wrists and creating space in nerve canals, loosening hands and fingers to care for joints. Promotes circulation, mobility, and flexibility. Prevents neck pain and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Our spine moves in 6 directions, and when we dedicate 5 minutes a day to these gentle movements, we keep our spines healthy, mobile, and flexible. it feels wonderful to care for our spine!
Know your limits and honor your body while you gently and mindfully move through these stretches.
