Women's Wellness Weekend: May 23-26, 2025
For years, Lindsay Katalyna has been leading Breath, Sound and Yoga workshops at the University of Oregon's FLIS Day. On Foreign Language and International Studies day, she leads hundreds of students through breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, gentle stretching, and some fun yoga games. She weaves lessons of youth empowerment and practical self-care into these lessons, specifically designed for the 16–18-year-old age group. The students are visiting the university from high schools all around Oregon to learn about different languages and cultures from around the world. With Lindsay, they learn the language of compassion, empowerment, acceptance, and personal values.

Lindsay is a wonderful and innovative teacher who created fun games and exercises that she could use in a large group setting for our event.
Her sessions filled so quickly with eager students that we had to close the doors!
She had close to 100 students in each workshop where they got to experience fun yoga inspired games and breathing exercises.
The students were engaged, respectful of her and their peers, and loved the sessions!
