Yoga for Addictions Recovery

Everything we go through is a valuable lesson.

Rewire your Nervous System for Healing

    Trauma-Informed Yoga

    Trauma-Informed Yoga

I have specialized training leading yoga and meditation for people who suffer from addictions and substance abuse, houseless communities, incarcerated populations, high levels of chronic stress and anxiety, PTSD, and survivors of serious Trauma, specifically women.

    Restorative Yoga

    Trauma-Informed Yoga

Certified in Restorative Yoga, I offer sessions specifically designed to support a sensitive nervous system. In a private session, you will receive the royal treatment of optimal comfort for your unique body. With delicate attention to detail, your nervous system will be gifted an opportunity to fully relax, and you will experience a felt sense of inner spaciousness.

    Trauma-Informed Meditation

    Trauma-Informed Meditation

Through a trauma-sensitive perspective, I offer meditative experiences that feel safe, stable and secure instead of scary and unpredictable. I take extra steps to give you plenty of options while you explore states of consciousness. Creating a distance between ourselves and our thoughts can offer a spaciousness that promotes healthy self-reflection.

These offerings are not meant to replace traditional drug rehabilitation centers, psychological counseling, psychiatric medications, or cognitive behavioral therapies. They are intended to support your already existing medical approach to healing your past traumas and addictions. Please seek medical care if you do not already have a support team of trained medical professionals.

    Supplemental Support

    Not Counseling or Therapy

    Not Counseling or Therapy

Through deep breathing, mindful movement and meditation, you can rewire your brain and nervous system to better cope with past trauma and addictive brain patterns. It is very empowering to learn tools and techniques to help promote a sense of balance and healing as you move forward on your recovery journey. I'm here to support in any way I can.

Addiction is a disease of DIS-CONNECTION - Yoga is Union.
