Lindsay is a wonderful and innovative teacher who created fun games and exercises that she could use in a large group setting for our event. Her sessions filled so quickly with eager students that we had to close the doors! She had close to 100 students in each workshop where they got to experience fun yoga inspired games and breathing exercises. The students were engaged, respectful of her and their peers, and loved the sessions! She had students asking if they could attend her next workshop, but there were already lines out the door to get in!"-MH

She always adds extra animal poses and sounds when my grandkids are there and lets them help with sound healing sessions afterward.
She is authentic, real, raw, open, non judgmental, and has the best communication skills.
Kat has always been available in and out of my numerous spine surgeries and life stresses.

The food was so intensely flavorful! I couldn't believe it. The butternut soup was incredible. I asked Lindsay for the recipe! My body felt great! I also enjoyed the oxymel shots. I was new to these and I really liked both that were given. The smoothies and homemade chocolates were so delicious. Everything. So good and nutritious!"
